Forge Cellars is an artisanal producer focusing on bone Dry Riesling and cool climate Pinot Noir from Seneca Lake, in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Or focus is primarily on the southeast side of Seneca Lake, where we strive to grow grapes and handcraft wines that perfectly balance minerality, aromatics and fruit to reflect this exceptional terroir.
